Maintenance Requests
Tenants submit requests through their portal with a title, description, category, and priority level. They can attach up to 5 photos per request. Landlords track requests through status updates — Open, In Progress, Scheduled, Completed, and Closed — and can add comments throughout the process.
Eleven categories are available: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliance, Pest Control, Roofing, Flooring, Painting, Doors & Windows, Landscaping, and General. Categories help you organize and prioritize incoming requests.
Yes. You can assign maintenance requests and work orders to specific team members. Assignees receive email notifications and can update the status as work progresses.
