The tenant portal gives tenants a branded experience where they can view lease details, make online payments, submit maintenance requests, see payment history, sign documents, and communicate with management. Available on all plans, with native iOS and Android apps for tenants.

The Property Management plan is designed specifically for PMCs who manage properties on behalf of investors. It includes everything in Enterprise plus an owner portal & owner mobile app, trust accounting, vendor scorecards & vendor portal, the full PMC business OS (CEO dashboard, sales pipeline, SOPs, staff licenses, goals/OKRs), AI vendor recommendations, automation rules, reporting builder, compliance calendar, tenant referrals, satisfaction surveys, and 1099 eFiling.

The AI Manager Assistant — along with AI Tenant & Owner Assistants and AI Maintenance Triage — is included on Professional, Enterprise, and Property Management plans. PMC plans also unlock AI Vendor Recommendations, AI Lead Scoring, Semantic Search, and the AI Report Generator.

Tenant screening is available on every plan, including Free. Each screen has a fee paid by the applicant (or you, if you'd rather absorb it). You get credit, background, eviction, and income reports plus Plaid-powered identity verification.

Yes. We use enterprise-grade security with an encrypted database, secure authentication, two-factor authentication (with org-wide enforcement), and org-scoped data isolation ensuring each organization's data is completely separated. Payments are PCI-compliant via Stripe.
